Sizes are american. I ordered 6 and it is a six. Extremely pretty. Well made perfect sweet 16 gift. People with large hands will want a larger stone. It’s more light blue than green but very very sparkly. I might buy another! Highly recommended. Comes in pretty box with certificate ready for gifting.

This ring was so beautiful the center stone cut blinded me. It is like looking up at a starry night in the desert on a full moon. Unfortunately one stone was missing and i had to return.
