Cancellations

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and depend on the status of your order. Additionally, a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price will apply to all approved cancellations. To request a cancellation, please visit our CONTACT US page.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted within 28 days of the delivery date granted that the item(s) is in its original state.

The buyer will be entitled to a partial refund once the item(s) are returned successfully. The initial delivery fee is non-refundable, and a restocking fee (5% of the total transaction payment) will be deducted from the transaction amount.

Exchanges

Exchanges is available under the condition that the item(s) is unused and in brand new condition. Request for exchange can only be made within 28 days of the delivery date and subject to availability.
