Returns will only be accepted within 28 days of the delivery date granted that the item(s) is in its original state.

I bought a 2 carat necklace, but I had a problem with the chain, so I sent a message, and when I bought the bracelet, I sent it to the chain I wanted. Although the necklace ring is small and does not enter; (I’m thinking of buying it here next time because I’m good at coping. My second order, I had an issue with my first order (necklace) so I sent a message n she replied right away N it was so helpful N even sent me a free chain. The Stone side setting itself is a basket? a bowl? Like a narrow bottom surface, so it has to be turned over well.
It’s a little hard to see the stone-side settings and the chain-connected parts with the picture.
I don’t think I would have bought it if I knew it.
