Placing an Order

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information. You can use your order number to find updated tracking information by visiting the “Track My Orders ” page. Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped.

Items in their unused and original condition purchased from Jongler Online Store can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. 
Exchange in mail:
a. Find your nearest post office.
b. Bring your original and unused package and ship them to the address we will provide you in the support mail.
c. Your original shipping cost is not considered for exchange and is not refundable.

We apologize for any inconvenience if you are missing items from your order or received the incorrect item. If this should happen please contact our Support Mail immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Sometimes we are forced to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances. This includes oversold products, products listed or priced incorrectly, and orders unable to be processed for other reasons.

If you paid via credit/debit card, your card will not be charged.

We are not able to process price adjustments for previous purchases as prices fluctuate due to trends, stock, and consumer demand. 

The Jongler Online store accepts international cards with shipping and billing addresses worldwide.

In the rare occurrence that an item was damaged during transit, please contact our Support email for an exchange.

Warranty

JONGLER’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:

1. Warranty Coverage
JONGLER warrants to original consumer purchasers that all JONGLER products (“Products”) purchased through an authorized JONGLER distribution channel, such as a JONGLER store, an authorized multi-brand seller, or the JONGLER eStore or other authorized online seller, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect in the Product is identified, and you follow the instructions for returning the Product, JONGLER will either (i) repair the Product using new or refurbished parts, at JONGLER’s expense; (ii) replace the Product with a new Product that is equivalent to the Product that is to be replaced; or (iii) refund to you all or part of the original retail purchase price of the Product. JONGLER shall have no obligation to repair, replace or refund until the defective Product is returned to JONGLER. A replacement or repaired Product will assume the remaining warranty of the original Product or a warranty period of ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever period is longer. When a refund or replacement is given, the returned Product becomes JONGLER’s property.

2. Obtaining Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service for your JONGLER Product, please contact JONGLER’s customer service. JONGLER’s customer service may be reached by:

Please have available the following information:

(i) the Product you purchased.

(ii) your sales receipt reflecting the date on which you purchased the Product.

(iii) the name of the seller from which you purchased the Product.

3. Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty applies only to Products purchased through authorized JONGLER distribution channels, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Because JONGLER cannot vouch for the authenticity of products purchased through unauthorized channels nor the quality control procedures of the retailers in those channels, this warranty is not available for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers. This warranty does not cover lost or stolen items or defects or damage due to normal wear and tear or caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or use of non-JONGLER products together with JONGLER Products. Attaching non-JONGLER charms may damage JONGLER bracelets. Stretching of JONGLER chains and bracelets is not considered a defect in materials or workmanship. Do not expose JONGLER Products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the Product. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas. Please refer to the PRODUCT USE & CARE instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your JONGLER Product. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your JONGLER Product.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THOSE STATED HEREIN. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL JONGLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,  SO  THE  ABOVE   LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. NO JONGLER RETAILER, AGENT, OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS WARRANTY.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. To the extent that such rights cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, this warranty does not affect such rights.

Product Questions

Pour a small amount of mild soap into lukewarm water and use a small, soft toothbrush to clean your jewelry. Toothbrushes are ideal for cleaning jewelry with intricate details, which can otherwise be difficult to clean. If the dirt is hard to remove, soak the jewelry in clean water. This particular cleaning method should not be used to clean jewelry with cultured freshwater pearls (see Cultured Freshwater Pearls for more details).

A silver-polishing cloth is a great tool to make your sterling silver jewelry shine again if the pieces have become dull. However, it will not remove scratches. Silver-polishing cloths may be purchased from Jongler retailers or your local goldsmith.

Using a tumbler with the JONGLER ESSENCE COLLECTION.

For leather: For daily cleaning, simply wipe the leather gently with a soft, dry cloth. Stains should be removed immediately before they soak in or dry – use a mild professional cleaner (without chemicals) or a mild soap such as soap flakes or saddle soap. Create suds in a bowl and apply the suds to a soft, lint-free cloth, then wipe the leather. Afterwards, wipe the leather with a dry cloth and add a leather conditioner to protect it further. Remember to keep leather out of direct sunlight.

We recommend that customers remove jewelry before going to bed or participating in physical activity. Exposure to certain harsh chemicals or environments will result in compromising the integrity of your jewelry. This includes, but is not limited to the following: perspiration, perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine, salt water, and silver polish. Quick tip: Make sure your jewelry is the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are unused and in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Damaged/defective items can be returned by mail. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Last chance or Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
